hahaha.dahlame x update blog...saje je..aku sgt tensen coz sem nih aku sgt teruk..ntahla..mcm2 masalah blaku..dahla ngos time blaja...ape yg terjadi actually kat aku eh??entahla...ngahahahah..redha jelah..huhuhuh.

culinary art...my soul

culinary art is one of the course offerin UiTM. culinary art is under the faculty tourism and hotel management. i choose this course because i am interesting with this course. culinary art is about cooking and cooking. when cooking, you not only become a chef, but also the scientist, engineer, and artist. this because the style you served the food to guest also important. not only the taste, but also guset is interested with how creative and beautiful the food is arrange in the plate. when plating food, a chef need to make the food high from the plate, as a presentation. chef also need to draw, that means a chef need to variety or play with the colour in the plate. or the chef also become a scientist when their research about the structure of the food, such as molecular gastronomique. i like this course so much..because i like to learn and taste as much as i can, the variety food in the whole world.
